THE HANDWAVED / OFF-SCREEN CR MEME

We can't thread out every detail of our characters lives, and sometimes RL happens and there is no time for all the things we want to do. Are you like me and want to thread all the things, but have no time to thread all the things? Perhaps you just want to know what your characters are doing off-screen, or the daily life details that don't need to be threaded out? That's where this meme comes in!

☆ C&P the following form into a comment below to let us know what your character has been up to (each character should have their own form).

☆ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings (this could include what happens in the living arrangements and what kind of roomie your character is, making drinking/sparring buddies, etc.).

☆ Example: a couple of characters could be having a secret poker game every Friday night! Who's in?

What is your character currently up to?: He's only been in a few days, so he's still figuring out everything.

Where do they hang out on the ship?: Ten Forward
People they hang out with?: No yet, but the Panem group will probably hover around
Anything else?: Peeta is POSTIVE this is the Capitol, and it's really not to benefit of anyone to convince him it isn't. The more people near him struggle against it, the more he'll think it is. But he's very smart and he's already picking up things that don't fit. It will just take time. Aside from that Peeta is super friendly and affable a person, so getting friends should not be hard at all for him. So yes, please, friends!

I assume post cooking contest, Peeta came around at some point to look at Mags' stove/learn now it worked?

Yes, I like this plan a whole lot! Peeta would absolutely have jumped at the chance for it if Erik ever made that offer to him. He would deeply want to know how it worked, and want to try it out and figure out everything.
