THE HANDWAVED / OFF-SCREEN CR MEME

We can't thread out every detail of our characters lives, and sometimes RL happens and there is no time for all the things we want to do. Are you like me and want to thread all the things, but have no time to thread all the things? Perhaps you just want to know what your characters are doing off-screen, or the daily life details that don't need to be threaded out? That's where this meme comes in!

☆ C&P the following form into a comment below to let us know what your character has been up to (each character should have their own form).

☆ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings (this could include what happens in the living arrangements and what kind of roomie your character is, making drinking/sparring buddies, etc.).

☆ Example: a couple of characters could be having a secret poker game every Friday night! Who's in?

What is your character currently up to?: Waiting for word on any missions or jobs that might let Sam go planetside for a while, rare as those are. Training on the holodecks. Hanging out with a few friends. Spending time with Bub, the (semi)-intelligent ornithopter who showed up with her.
Job, if applicable: Freelance scout, occasional sparring partner.
Where do they hang out on the ship?: Holo-decks, more than anything.
People they hang out with?: Gaila, Lorna, Kate Barlow, Yuna.
Anything else?: Sam really isn't cut out for ship life - she's about as good a wilderness scout as they come, but isn't used to large populations in a small space. Certainly looking for more CR - and more sparring partners, particularly amongst the mildly-superhuman crowd.
P.S. Must love dogs... or rather, flying machines with the mind of a sheepdog.
